Afetr Download unzip this File and Run Resource Hacker...a new window will be open...go file and open C:\windows find here Exeplorer.exe... Select Exeplorer.exe and click open

Now u will see Few options find this String Table....Click String Table...Now Click 37 this will open now option 1033 here u will see....578, "start" Remove Start and type ur name...(Atif Sameer) Now go Save As put File name which u type by "start" .exe (Atif Sameer.exe) save in c:windows now close Res-Hacker

Go Start...Run...Regedit HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ Windows NT\ CurrentVersion\ Winlogon.....Now Find Here Shell...Doubble Click Shell and Remove Value Explorer.Exe type new value which u put in "start"...as type me Atif Sameer.exe...Now Reboot ur pc and u will see change Start Button name..
